James Stokes is an experienced change leader with a strong background in transformation and program management. Currently serving as Head of Transformation & Change at ELEXON since December 2018, James leads organizational change initiatives by promoting business agility and cultural shifts. Prior to this role, James was a Change Portfolio Consultant at P2Consulting from March 2017 to December 2018, working closely with clients to realize their business objectives. James also served as Director and Treasurer for the Residency Association at CLARENCE MEWS from November 2012 to November 2017, managing community services and local accounting. At HSBC, from June 2005 to August 2016, James held various titles, including Global Programme Manager for Digital Data Transformation, focusing on global program changes and performance management. Additionally, James has experience as a Senior Portfolio Manager and IT and Change Business Partner Relationship Manager, aiding European Commercial Banking's strategic objectives. Education was completed at the Knowledge Academy and Stanborough School.
