Allyson Gale

Allyson Gale is currently the Director of Federal Government Affairs at the Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as Senior Director of Political Affairs at both America's Credit Unions and NAFCU, where they focused on political strategies and advocacy. Allyson has extensive experience in legislative affairs, having worked as Associate Director of Legislative Affairs at NAFCU and as a Legislative Assistant for U.S. Representative Ted Poe. They began their career in public service as a Scheduler for the United States House of Representatives. Allyson holds dual bachelor's degrees in Communication Studies and Political Science from The University of Alabama.
