Amy Weum, CLFP serves as the Regional Vice President at CoBank, managing a $1.4 billion agricultural asset portfolio with significant annual lease originations. With extensive experience in the leasing division, Weum has held various roles, including Senior Relationship Manager, where responsibilities included driving customer retention and overseeing a sales team. In addition to advisory board memberships at the Grain & Farm Supply Center of Excellence and Equipment Leasing and Finance Association, Weum has contributed to the Upper Midwest Agricultural Safety and Health Center. Previous positions include Product Manager at AgriBank, where Weum migrated a legacy lease accounting platform and led a support team, and roles at International Decision Systems focused on client implementations. Weum holds a BBA in Finance and a BA in German from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and is currently pursuing further education at Harvard Business School and the University of Missouri-Columbia.
