Ludger Elfgen is a founding partner of elfgen pick GmbH & Co. KG and currently serves as a partner at Vistroem GmbH. Since 2011, they have been the owner of a creative agency that brings design visions to life with a team of 20 dedicated professionals. In addition, they have been a partner at Pick Elfgen GbR since 2022. Ludger attended Hochschule Düsseldorf (HSD) University of Applied Sciences from 1984 to 1989.
