Erez H. is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the CEO of Elfi-Tech since 2022, Erez leads the company’s efforts in non-invasive blood microcirculation measurement for clinical research and medical applications. Prior to this role, Erez held various positions including Head of Corporate Development at BioT Medical, and worked as a strategic advisor for multiple healthcare startups and venture funds. Erez previously served as VP of Strategy & Business Development at Xtrac-Medical, where strategic partnerships and investments were prioritized. Erez's experience at Philips involved driving M&A and digital health strategies, particularly in electrophysiology and ambulatory health technology. Erez began the career at BT, contributing to significant telecom projects and improving call center efficiency. Erez holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and several other degrees in management and politics.
