ELFIT Championship 2023 is an annual fitness event happening on November 16-18 in New Capital Sports City. Like all endeavors: it started as an idea, & developed through the years to become one of the biggest international fitness competitions in the meridian region. ELFIT gained a lot of recognition over the years & became an important date on many athletes’ & spectators’ calendars. 
Notably, ELFIT draws a global audience, making it a truly international event within the Fitness community. ELFIT typically features a variety of categories and divisions, including individual competitions for both men and women, team events, and age group categories. This allows athletes of different skill levels and backgrounds to participate. ELFIT provides an opportunity for the community to come together. Spectators often attend to support their favorite athletes and enjoy the competitive atmosphere. 
Spectators play a crucial role in the event, supporting their favorite athletes and contributing to the vibrant and competitive atmosphere. In addition to the ELFIT competition, there will be various side events, including ELFIT Endurance Event, ELFIT Calisthenics, ELFIT Juniors, ELFIT Rookies, ELFIT Strongman, ELFIT Rowathon, and ELFIT Lift It.
A vendors village will be set up for attendees, offering a range of products and services. The event will include results and award ceremonies for each competition.
