Ciaran Harte is an experienced Flight Test Engineer currently employed at Elfly Group since September 2023, with a robust background in aeronautical engineering. Previous roles include Flight Test Engineer at Dornier Seawings GmbH from May 2019 to September 2023, and Systems Integration Engineer at Cobham Mission Systems from November 2017 to April 2019, where Ciaran led qualification efforts for the A400M 808E Hose Drum Unit and supported vibration and shock qualification for various aerial refueling programs. Ciaran's early career also includes positions as a Dog Handler at Seavey's Ididaride Sled Dog Tours, an Aerial Forest Trail Instructor at Zipit Forest Adventures, and a Student Design and Stress Engineer at Sonaca. Academic qualifications consist of a Master’s Degree in Aerospace Dynamics from Cranfield University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Limerick.

We are committed to making electric aviation available to you as soon as possible. We are working on several exciting projects securing sustainable aviation, such as Noemi our electric amphibious plane, which will hopefully be transporting people and cargo by 2030. The benefits of electric propulsion systems in aircrafts are manifold, and we believe it is the answer to many of the challenges facing the aviation industry today. We are the Scandinavian distributor of Bye Aerospace’s fully electric aircraft, the eFlyer. These aircrafts are ideal for pilot training and ensure low operating costs. We are one of the founders of the Nordic Network of Electric Aviation (NEA) - an industry network coordinating this development within the Nordic region.
