Since 1976, elfo ag has helped industrial customers turn ideas into reliable series production. As your Swiss industrialisation partner, we bring together engineering, toolmaking and plastic injection moulding under one roof. This helps you develop products faster, reduce risks and achieve reliable production with consistent quality.

Our co-engineering approach starts early in the development process. Together, we improve your part design, choose the right materials and make sure your product is ready for efficient series production. From feasibility studies and prototypes to APQP, toolmaking and automated production, we support you throughout the entire project.

We specialise in customised filter components, precision injection moulded parts, high performance plastic components and water filter solutions. With many years of experience in insert moulding, overmoulding filter media and precision plastics, we develop solutions for challenging applications in industries such as automotive, household appliances, medical technology, sanitary, electrical engineering and many others.

Production takes place at our modern facility in Sachseln, Switzerland. We combine advanced manufacturing technology, automation and quality assurance to deliver reliable results. In addition to injection moulding, we also offer assembly, testing and packaging services, giving you a complete manufacturing solution from a single source.

If you are looking for a reliable partner with strong engineering and manufacturing expertise, we look forward to supporting your next project.
