David Garling serves as an Assistant Project Manager at Elford, Inc. since August 2022, bringing extensive experience in facilities management from previous roles. At LAZ Parking, Garling worked as Facilities Manager from August 2018 to August 2022, and prior to that, held the position of Facilities Services Engineering Manager at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center from January 2015 to June 2018. In this capacity, Garling managed a diverse team of technicians across multiple specialized trades, oversaw maintenance operations for over 4.7 million square feet, and led projects to enhance operational efficiency. Garling's career also includes a significant tenure at Target in facilities management, where skills in budgeting, contractor partnerships, and personnel training were developed. Garling is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Ohio University.
