Ed MacDonald

Ed MacDonald is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture, operations management, and customer support. Currently serving as Principal Architect at Elfster since November 2004, Ed has previously held significant leadership roles at Aptean as Director of Operations and Director of Customer Support, and at Consona Corporation as Director of Customer Support. Prior positions include Director of Technical Support at SupportSoft and Principal at Sumtech. Ed's earlier career features roles as Senior Software Engineer at Acterna, Senior Application Engineer at Telseon, Telecommunications Engineering Consultant at HN Telecom, and Engineer at Nova Scotia Power. Ed holds two Bachelor of Engineering degrees in Electrical Engineering from Dalhousie University and Technical University of Nova Scotia.
