Jared Momple

Jared Momple is a Senior PV Engineer at Elgin Energy, currently leading a team focused on the Front-End Engineering Design of solar PV plants. With 13 years of experience in renewable energy generation, Jared has worked extensively on electrical design, project development, and team management across multiple global regions, including South Africa, Mexico, and Australia. Previously, Jared served as Head of Engineering at Mainstream Renewable Power, overseeing a team and managing engineering aspects of wind and solar PV project development. Jared holds a BSc Eng (Hons) in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town, graduating in 2011.
