Michelle Howley is the Head Of Development UK & Ireland at Elgin Energy EsCo, where they have been shaping the future of renewable energy since 2024. Prior to this role, they served as a Senior Development Manager at Elgin Energy from 2017 to 2024, contributing to the successful delivery of 230MW across 21 solar projects. They hold a degree in Environmental Science from the University of Galway, which they obtained between 2004 and 2008.
