Phil McWilliam

Phil McWilliam is currently the Development Manager at Elgin Energy and has been with the company since 2024. Prior to this role, Phil served as a Land Agent at Pershore Land Acquisitions from 2020 to 2024 and held various leadership positions, including Director at Pershore Developments and Land Manager at Versant Developments & Homes Ltd. Phil also has a wealth of experience in management, having worked as a Branch Manager at Black Horse Agencies from 1990 to 2000 and as a Land Acquisition Manager at Goadsby from 2015 to 2018. Phil has been an Estate Agent at Slades Estate Agents since 2000 and completed their education at Arnewood School between 1982 and 1987.
