Amber Roberts

Amber Roberts, MHA, is a strategic and outcomes-focused healthcare administrator with over a decade of experience in managing multi-site outpatient programs and clinical operations. Amber has held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager at Eli Lilly and Company and Business Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they oversaw significant budgets and staff while improving patient access and operational efficiency. Amber is committed to delivering operational excellence and outstanding patient outcomes through skills in physician practice management, performance improvement, and data analytics. Amber is pursuing master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Health Administration at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and Indiana University Bloomington, respectively.
