Andy Sencenich is a dynamic people leader with thirty years of proven leadership in management roles within the biopharmaceutical manufacturing sector. They constructed and led a biomanufacturing operations team at Novartis Gene Therapies, guiding it from facility startup to successful FDA and EU inspections. Andy has also held management positions at Cost Plus World Market and Lowes Foods, overseeing large teams and P&L accountability. Currently, they serve as the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Parenteral Operations Visual Inspection at Eli Lilly and Company and are pursuing a degree in Chemistry/Chemical Physics at the University of California San Diego.
