Ann Hake

Ann Hake is the Executive Director at Eli Lilly and Company, where they are a member of the Digital Health Research and Development team and serve as Vice Chair of the Lilly Bioethics Advisory Committee. Ann is a board-certified Neurologist with fellowship training in Neurodegenerative diseases and postgraduate training in Medical Informatics. Prior to their current role, Ann held various positions at Lilly, including Medical Advisor and Senior Medical Advisor, and served as an Associate Professor of Clinical Neurology at the Indiana University School of Medicine. Ann continues to engage with the university as a volunteer faculty member, also participating on the Institutional Review Board and seeing Neurology outpatients monthly.
