Aya Eldars

Aya Eldars is a Senior Director and Site Quality Leader at Eli Lilly, having transitioned through multiple key roles within the company since 2009. They began their career as a Microbiologist at Bristol-Myers Squibb and later worked at GSK and Eli Lilly Italia, where they focused on sterility assurance and compliance. Aya managed complex teams and was instrumental in establishing quality systems, leading cross-functional projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance during numerous inspections. They hold a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Ain Shams University and have completed diplomas in Project Management and Total Quality Management.
