Azam Khan

Azam Khan is an experienced leader in commercialization capabilities, analytics, and data-driven business optimization, currently serving as VP and Head of Commercialization Capabilities at Eli Lilly and Company from December 2020 to October 2024. In this role, Azam leads a team of over 900 professionals in India to enhance global customer engagement and drive business growth. Previously, Azam held multiple vice president positions at Eli Lilly, focusing on analytics and customer behavior strategies to improve health outcomes. With a strong background at Verizon as Director of Data Strategy & Analytics and Associate Director of Software Engineering, Azam has expertise in AI, machine learning, and software solutions. Azam holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rutgers University.
