Bailey Martin

Bailey (Ransburg) Martin possesses a robust background in project management and human resources, having held various roles across multiple organizations. As a Human Resources Intern at Bottom-Line Performance, Bailey focused on employee engagement through survey design and analysis, as well as strategic planning with an Engagement Committee. At Riley Children's Foundation, experiences as Project Coordinator and Annual Fund Intern included the implementation of project management software and the cultivation of relationships with fundraising groups, significantly contributing to the foundation's success in raising funds. Bailey served as President of Purdue University Dance Marathon, leading substantial fundraising efforts for Riley Hospital for Children. Currently, Bailey works as a Learning and Development Senior Associate at Eli Lilly and Company, building upon a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University.
