Benjamin Turner

Benjamin Turner is currently the Director of Venture Science at Eli Lilly and Company, where they focus on bringing innovative scientific solutions into the company’s pipeline through collaboration with biotechs, venture funds, and academic institutions. Previously, they held roles including Associate Director and Senior Associate within the Venture Science team, emphasizing search, evaluation, and dealmaking in various therapy areas. Benjamin also served as a Search & Evaluation Associate in Neuroscience, working to enhance Lilly's internal pipeline with external innovations. They are a Board Observer at Amphista Therapeutics Limited and have an academic background with a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Oxford and a YASS Qualification from The Open University.
