Bernard Hall

Bernard Hall is currently a Senior Principal in Environmental Monitoring QC at Eli Lilly, where they drive continuous process improvements and vital issue resolution. With 13 years of quality control microbiology experience primarily in the contract development manufacturing sector, Bernard has developed expertise in team building, coaching, and implementing procedural enhancements. Prior to their role at Eli Lilly, Bernard held positions at organizations such as Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services and Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, where they managed microbiology operations and quality control processes. Bernard earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Genetics from the University of Minnesota, which they are still attending.
