Beth Mueller

Beth Mueller is a seasoned legal professional with a diverse background in litigation and counsel roles. They served as Senior Counsel for Oversight at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management from 2022 to 2023, and held significant positions at Kirkland & Ellis and Paul Hastings, where they focused on securities litigation and government investigations. Beth gained valuable experience as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Stephen Reinhardt and has contributed to various legal projects with organizations such as the ACLU of Southern California. They are currently a Senior Director, Counsel in Litigation, Legal Policy & Strategy at Eli Lilly and Company. Beth earned a JD from UCLA and a BA from Georgetown University.
