Cary Chapman

Cary Chapman has extensive experience in the manufacturing and maintenance sectors, having served as a Service Technician at Ingersoll Rand Equipment Corp from 2016 to April 2021, where responsibilities included repairing and installing overhead bridge crane systems. Prior experience at Brehob Corporation from January 2015 to September 2015 included roles such as Fabrication Department Foreman, Lifting Fixture Design and Fabrication, and Lifting Fixture Department Manager. Currently, Cary Chapman holds the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Eli Lilly and Company, having previously worked as a Maintenance Mechanic since March 2025. Cary Chapman earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Sculpture and Woodworking from Indiana University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, completing the program from 2003 to 2008.
