Chip Cotterman

Chip Cotterman is the Director of Facilities for Lilly Lebanon API Manufacturing, a role they have held since 2004. Prior to this, Chip accrued diverse experience across several companies, including roles such as ESHS Director and Manufacturing Supervisor at Evonik, and as a Tooling Technician at Caterpillar Inc. They served as a Platoon Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps from 1997 to 2001. Chip holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University, which they completed in 2012.
