Christopher Cate is an Indianapolis native who earned a BS in Supply Chain Management from IUPUI in 2012 before pursuing a commission as a US Navy Supply Corps Officer. During their naval career, they led a team during deployment in the Mediterranean and managed the $8B Tomahawk Missile Program contract, honing their skills in supplier relationship management and logistics operations. After separating from active duty, they completed an MBA at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business before joining Elanco, where they led U.S. Affiliate logistics operations. Currently, Christopher serves as Associate Director of Global Logistics Strategy at Eli Lilly and Company, focusing on enhancing end-to-end supply chain visibility.
