Chuck Wynn is an Operational Excellence and Innovation leader with nearly two decades of experience in designing and deploying global OpEx programs in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as an Associate Director of Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement at Eli Lilly and Company, Chuck provides leadership in operational excellence initiatives at an advanced manufacturing facility for gene therapy. Previously, Chuck held the position of Lead Consultant at Lean Six Sigma Solutions and contributed significantly to process improvement projects at Emergent BioSolutions. Chuck is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at Penn State University.
