Ciarán Dalton

Ciarán Dalton is currently a Senior Downstream Bioprocess Scientist at Eli Lilly and Company in Kinsale, where they specialize in unit operations for monoclonal antibody production. They previously served as a Senior Chemist in Bioanalytical Operations and a QC analyst at Eli Lilly, contributing to both commercial biopharmaceuticals and products transitioning to commercialization. Ciarán has extensive experience from their time at Novartis, where they held multiple roles in Quality Control, including QC Operational Planner, and led initiatives that achieved significant operational efficiencies. They hold a first-class honours BSc in Chemistry of Pharmaceutical Compounds from University College Cork, along with a PG Diploma in Pharmaceutical Business and Technology from Griffith College Dublin, and an MSc in Biopharmaceutical Science from Atlantic Technological University.
