Coby Short

Coby Short has extensive experience in both military and corporate sectors, recently serving as Senior Director of Employee Activation for the Global Brand Activation Team at Eli Lilly and Company from December 2021 to April 2023, where Coby led strategic HR support for Pharma Business Units and Lilly USA. Prior to this role, Coby held significant leadership positions in the US Army Corps of Engineers, including District Commander for the Pittsburgh District and South Pacific Border District, overseeing multi-million dollar contracts and extensive environmental and engineering operations. Coby's military background includes various roles such as Division Engineer for the 1st Cavalry Division and Battalion Commander for the 91st Engineer Battalion, complemented by advanced education with a Master's Degree in National Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College and an MBA in Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
