Cody Penepacker

Cody Penepacker has a diverse professional background in human resources and talent management, with key positions held at Eli Lilly and Company and the US Navy. At Eli Lilly, roles included Senior Associate Recruiter, Associate Director for HR Projects at Lilly Research Laboratories, Manager of MBA Talent Development and Strategy, and Associate Director of Physician Recruitment. Prior to this, Cody served as Competitive Programs Talent Manager, Information Technology Department Manager, and Strategic Communications Supervisor in the US Navy. Briefly, in 2018, Cody worked in a capacity at Salesforce as part of the Deloitte Pathfinder initiative.
