Cory Dupai

Cory DuPai is a highly experienced bioinformatician with a strong background in next-generation sequencing (NGS) and computational biology. Currently serving as an NGS Bioinformatician at Eli Lilly and Company since October 2025, Cory previously held the position of Principal Scientist at Boundless Bio, where responsibilities included leading research strategies and mentoring a team focused on oncology biomarker discovery. Prior roles at Leidos and Genentech involved advanced data analysis and the development of innovative software solutions for multi-omics and NGS data processing. Cory holds a PhD in Computational Biology from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology from Boston University.
