Damon Kellar, CPA, JD, LLM, is currently the Vice President of Tax and has held various positions in the tax law sector. They previously served as an Associate at McDermott Will and Emery and worked as Associate Tax Counsel - International and Senior Director & Tax Counsel - Americas at SC Johnson. With experience as an Associate Vice President at Eli Lilly and Company and as Senior Manager of Tax Planning at Weatherford, Damon has a robust background in tax strategy and planning. They also gained valuable legal research experience as a law clerk at both Kutak Rock and Mayer, Brown, Rowe & Maw LLP. Damon holds a JD from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and an LL.M in Taxation from Northwestern University.
