Dana Benesh has a diverse background in both education and the pharmaceutical industry. Initially, Dana served as an 8th grade math teacher for the Kansas City, MO School District from August 1990 to May 1994. Following this, Dana advanced into the pharmaceutical field, working as a medicinal chemist at GlaxoWellcome from August 1997 to October 2000. Dana's experience at Eli Lilly and Company began in June 2015, where roles included operations manager, computational chemist, and IT consultant until November 2020. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Science in synthetic chemistry from The University of Kansas.
