Daniel Siegfried

Daniel Siegfried is currently the Vice President of Litigation, Policy, and Head of Strategic Projects at Eli Lilly and Company. Prior to this, they were a litigation partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where they represented various clients in disputes, focusing on the False Claims Act, appellate litigation, and high-profile cases involving professional sports franchises. Daniel has extensive litigation experience, having successfully presented summary judgment and appellate oral arguments as well as prevailing in jury trials. They began their legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard A. Posner at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and hold a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Chicago Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University.
