Dave Theibert

Dave Theibert is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Marketing at Eli Lilly and Company since October 2025. Prior to this role, Dave held the position of Account Director at Young & Laramore from September 2016 to October 2025, where significant projects included directing a global brand strategy for DEWALT. Dave's earlier experience includes roles as Account Supervisor at Leo Burnett, leading the Lovin’ McDonald’s brand refresh, and at Arc Worldwide, launching in-store digital menu boards for a major fast-food chain. Additionally, as a Sr. Program Manager at Wunderman, comprehensive digital and print advertising strategies for Burger King were organized, and earlier experience encompassed various marketing and promotions roles. Dave earned a Master of Arts in Mass Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Central Florida.
