David Bender

David Bender is an accomplished pharmaceutical researcher and innovative leader with over 25 years of experience in discovering and developing new medicines. They have broad expertise in synthetic organic and medicinal chemistry, preformulation, and cGMP manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients. David has successfully led multidisciplinary drug development teams and managed a diverse network of collaborators and contract manufacturers. Their career highlights include significant roles at Eli Lilly and Company, culminating in their position as Executive Director, Head of CMC. David holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Miami University and an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from Colorado State University.
