David Mitchell

David Mitchell has over three decades of experience in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods industries, currently serving as a Research Advisor at Eli Lilly and Company since January 1989, focusing on the design and development of synthesis methodologies for pharmaceutical products. Prior experience includes summer internships at Procter & Gamble, where David assisted in flavor improvement using Organic and Analytical Chemistry methodologies, and at Burroughs Wellcome Labs, conducting Organic Chemistry research. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Emory University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, graduated magna cum laude, from North Carolina Central University.
