Debbie Drazen

Debbie Drazen, Ph.D., J.D., currently serves as the Associate Vice President of IP Transactions at Eli Lilly and Company. They have prior experience as an Assistant General Counsel for Patents at Johnson & Johnson and as an Intellectual Property Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP and King and Spalding. Before entering the legal field, Drazen was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the UC Metabolic Diseases Institute, where they conducted research on obesity and diabetes, securing NIH funding and publishing extensively. Drazen holds a B.A. in Biopsychology from Vassar College and is pursuing advanced degrees in Psychological and Brain Sciences at The Johns Hopkins University and in Law at Fordham University School of Law.
