Derek Rippe

Derek Rippe is an experienced professional with a diverse background in medical affairs and information technology. Currently serving as Associate Director of Medical Affairs, Business Insights & Analytics at Eli Lilly and Company since December 2022, Derek previously held roles as Senior Information Technology Analyst and Information Technology Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes internship roles at Indianapolis Opera as an Administrative and Marketing Intern and at Job Cost, Inc. as an IT Intern, where responsibilities involved job cost accounting for construction contractors and IT network management services. Derek began an IT internship at Zethcon in May 2016. Education includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance (Voice) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Butler University, following a high school education at Benet Academy.
