Diane Smith

Diane Smith is the Executive Director of Global Tax - M&A/Transactions at Eli Lilly and Company, where they lead comprehensive tax strategies. Prior to this role, Diane served as Senior Director of Global Tax - M&A/Transactions and held various director positions focused on tax forecasting, reporting, and audit strategy at Eli Lilly from 2004 to 2014. Diane began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Manager in Tax from 1993 to 2004. They hold a BS in Management and a JD in Law, both from Indiana University, where they studied between 1985 and 1992.
