Donough Ruane

Donough Ruane is an experienced strategic finance leader currently serving as the Associate Director of Financial Planning & Reporting at Eli Lilly and Company. Ruane previously held diverse roles at Novartis, including Chief Financial Officer for a large manufacturing site, and has a background with PwC, where they provided audit and advisory services across multiple countries. As a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants in Ireland, Ruane is focused on equipping decision-makers with data to optimize company performance while fostering the development of their finance team. They hold a BSc in Accounting from University College Cork and are furthering their expertise as a Chartered Tax Adviser.
