Douglas Ebert

Douglas Ebert is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and systems oversight. At Eli Lilly and Company, from September 2016 to September 2024, Douglas served as a Senior Engineering Advisor, leading mechanical design efforts for HVAC, clean utilities, plant utilities, waste treatment, and Building Management Systems for both new and renovated facilities. Prior to this, Douglas held various engineering roles, including Engineering Director and Associate Engineering Consultant, at Rolls-Royce from July 1987 to May 1992, and was a Mechanical Engineer at Ghafari Associates from May 1992 to November 1998. Douglas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University between 1981 and 1985.
