Dr. Chen Su is currently the Senior Director of Enterprise High Performance Computing at Eli Lilly and Company, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they served as an Advisor in Global Strategic Competitive Intelligence and as a Senior Research Advisor in Portfolio Strategy & Decision Sciences at the same company from 2011 to 2018. Dr. Su also worked as a Group Leader in Mathematical Modeling & Systems Biology at the Lilly Singapore Centre for Drug Discovery from 2002 to 2003. They earned a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from Penn State University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Peking University, and furthered their education with a Professional Certificate in Computer Science from MIT xPRO and a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School.
