Drew Ditzler

Drew Ditzler is an Associate Director at Eli Lilly and Company, where they lead a team of Device and Packaging experts to support new site startups. Previously, Drew served as Chief of Staff to the Sr. Vice President of Corporate Engineering, coordinating key communication and project updates. With a rich background in process engineering, Drew has contributed to significant improvements in production throughput and reductions in rejects at the Device Assembly and Packaging site in Indianapolis. Drew holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and recently completed a MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management from MIT. Outside of work, Drew enjoys reading on various topics and is passionate about the manufacturing industry.
