Earl Anthony Gray

Earl Anthony Gray is an experienced design leader with a strong background in product design and UX/UI. They owned FourTwoThree Studios and worked as a 2D Animator from 2011 to 2017. Their roles include serving as an Associate Creative Director at Publicis Sapient and a Chief of Staff at Defense Digital Service. They hold a Master of Professional Studies in Design Management & Communications from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Maryland College Park. Currently, they are the Design Director for both the Commercial Portfolio and the Incubation Lab at Eli Lilly and Company.
