Echo Pan

Echo Pan has extensive experience in research and development within the food science and genetics fields. Previous roles include Research and Development Intern at Sargento Foods, Vice President of Academic Affairs for the Graduate Student Association at North Carolina State University, and various positions at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, including Laboratory Manager and Undergraduate Research Assistant. Notable research contributions consist of leading studies on pathogenic bacteria in food and developing gene editing platforms. Education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, followed by a Master's Degree and PhD in Food Science and Functional Genomics from North Carolina State University. Recently, Echo Pan served as a Senior Advisor at Eli Lilly and Company.
