Eduard Sandu

Eduard Sandu is a results-driven clinical research professional who currently serves as the Manager – Clinical Trial Development Lead at Eli Lilly. With a proven track record in leading global, cross-functional teams through the end-to-end execution of clinical trials across Phases I–IV, they have honed expertise in developing operational strategies, managing study budgets, and fostering collaborative environments. Previously, Eduard worked as a Senior Clinical Data Analyst at Parexel, a Clinical Data Coordinator at Signant Health, and held positions in data management at other organizations. They hold a Master’s Degree in Data Mining and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration in Iași.
