Elizabeth Rowe is currently the Senior Director and Counsel for Employment Law at Eli Lilly and Company, where they provide in-house employment and employee benefits counsel. Previously, Elizabeth held various legal roles, including Assistant General Counsel at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and Associate at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. Elizabeth gained valuable early experience through internships at the U.S. House of Representatives, Milwaukee Justice Center, and Chicago Legal Clinic, Inc. They earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marquette University.
