Ellen Tinder

Ellen Tinder currently serves as a Product Owner MES LP2 at Eli Lilly and Company since August 2025. Prior to this role, Ellen was a Product Manager at Zylo from January 2022 to August 2025, where the focus was on enabling organizations to optimize and manage their SaaS environments. Ellen also held multiple positions at TransLoc, including Senior Product Owner and Product Owner, and was a Scrum Master, Senior Agile Project Manager, and Agile Project Manager at Springbuk, where responsibilities included facilitating development teams and managing key initiatives. Earlier experience includes a role as Senior Implementation Project Manager at Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, Inc., and participating as a Consultant in a selective position supporting chapter operations. Ellen holds a degree from DePauw University, attended from 2013 to 2017, and graduated from Muncie Central High School in 2013.
