Emel A. is currently the Executive Director of Chemical Biology and Peptide Macrocycles at Eli Lilly and Company, a position held since 2025. They previously served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at both the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Harvard Medical School in 2017, as well as at Genentech from 2017 to 2021. Emel completed a Ph.D. as a Graduate Research Assistant at Tufts University from 2010 to 2016.
