Emily Hon

Emily Hon is the Executive Director of Medical and Immunology at Eli Lilly and Company, where they develop and execute late-phase clinical trials for immune-mediated gastrointestinal disorders. They previously served as a Senior Medical Advisor at the same company since 2021. Emily also held positions as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at IU School of Medicine and a Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellow at the University of California, San Diego. Prior to these roles, Emily worked as a Pediatric Resident at Northwestern University and Children's Memorial Hospital, as well as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Hospitalist at Children's Memorial Hospital. They earned a BS in Biology from the University of Notre Dame and an MD from the Indiana University School of Medicine.
